Our version of the classic Greek dish. At the restaurant we serve this with a little Olive Tapenade and Fry Bread. Hummus makes a wonderful healthy snack with fresh vegetables or indulge with your favorite breads and crackers. You can also add hummus as a spread in sandwiches instead of mayonnaise for a healthier alternative (or use both!).
