This dessert is a long-standing Mahle House Favourite. It is lighter than a cheesecake and has a smooth creamy mouthfeel, rich in creamy peanut butter flavour. At the restaurant we serve it with Coffee Anglaise, Chocolate Sauce Drizzle and Crushed Peanut Brittle (see complete package for these add-ons). This dessert is certain to impress your friends and family. See the attached picture for plating suggestions. The product will be frozen at pickup and should be thawed overnight in fridge. Chocolate sauce can be lightly warmed to make pourable through a squeeze bottle or with a spoon. Suitable for 8 to 14 people.
