Slightly Corked

Slightly Corked started out as a wine column but evolved from there. Sometimes I will write about wine and food related topics but at other times I will not. The motto of the column is: Some of this might actually be true. Yep, this is a work of tongue and cheek. Whimsical exaggeration has been slathered on like an overdose of wasabi mayonnaise. Readily apparent is that I wander back and forth between fact and fiction at lightening speed, sometimes tripping over myself in the process.
